Jason joined Holmes & Hills as a trainee in 1999, he is now a Partner of the firm and Head of Holmes & Hills’ Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Team.

Jason has vast experience in dealing with a wide variety of complex clinical negligence and personal injury compensation cases, including numerous high value, complex claims. Jason offers clients expert legal advice, support and representation in all cases of personal injury but has particular expertise in cases involving medical misdiagnosis, brain injuries, spinal injuries and injuries to mother or baby during birth.

As well as this wealth of experience Jason is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and holds personal accreditation as Senior Litigator with APIL. APIL is an organisation which recognises the specialist experience, knowledge and commitment of certain solicitors towards providing only the highest quality legal advice, support and representation to the victims of accidents. Jason is also recognised by the Legal 500 for his expertise.

Jason is a keen sports person, he regularly runs and also manages a youth football team in his spare time.

Jason is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Braintree.
