Jessica Munday

As a Trainee Solicitor in the Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, Jessica assists the specialist commercial property solicitors when advising clients on matters such as:

• Acquisition and disposal of commercial freehold property
• Acquisition and disposal of commercial leasehold property
• Agricultural land and property matters
• Granting commercial leases
• Sub-letting
• Property finance
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Reviewing and advising on leases, rights, and responsibilities.

Jessica joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2021 after being awarded a Law with a Modern Language (Italian) degree from the University of Leicester. As a Paralegal, she worked in both the New Build and Shared-Ownership Departments, as well as the Commercial Property Department, before starting her training contract in 2023.

Owing to her personal property development exposure, Jessica thoroughly enjoys getting to know her clients and their businesses during their time with Holmes & Hills Solicitors, providing a warm and personal approach to her work.

Jessica is based at the firm’s A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey), but serves clients across the region.
