Katherine works with developers and land owners on a national and regional level, as well as consultants and professionals to provide commercial property expertise.
As a member of Holmes & Hills' Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, Katherine is involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions including high-value transactions and matters involving large businesses.
Katherine is a specialist commercial property solicitor dealing with all client matters with a pragmatic approach, and with a view to providing the most helpful and informative advice to enable the client to make the best commercial decisions. Katherine is involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, acquisitions, and commercial lease work.
Katherine studied Business and French at the University of Birmingham before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course in London. She qualified as a solicitor in 2009 having completed her training at a regional law firm where she continued to work for another six years in the commercial property department. Katherine joined Holmes & Hills’ Solicitors in November 2015.
Katherine is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
