Katherine is a specialist commercial property solicitor with many years’ experience dealing with client matters with a pragmatic approach, and with a view to providing the most helpful and informative advice to enable the client to make the best commercial decisions. Katherine is involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, acquisitions, and commercial lease work.
Katherine works closely with the very experienced Michael Wright on many complex matters enabling a full service to be provided to clients.
As a Senior Solicitor in Holmes & Hills' Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, Katherine is involved in all aspects of commercial property transactions from simple leases to high-value transactions. Katherine has a particular passion for Landlord and Tenant matters and works with landowners and developers on a national and regional level, as well as liaising with consultants and professionals to provide tailored commercial property advice.
Katherine qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and worked at a regional law firm before joining Holmes & Hills in 2015. Katherine is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
