Leah works with Holmes & Hills employees on general HR enquiries as well as contacting and liaising with candidates for recruitment.
As an HR apprentice for Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Leah shadows central services and HR assistant, Elle Ray as well as HR coordinator Grace Murrell within the firm's HR Department. Leah supports the wider Department on the day-to-day running, as well as with projects for recruitment and changes to contracts and contract variations.
Leah is responsible for producing the firm’s internal HR monthly newsletter which includes updates and information on processes and policies, colleague changes and anniversaries as well as internal events.
Leah prides herself on her friendly and approachable nature. She is currently completing an apprenticeship, alongside her role in the Holmes & Hills HR Department, the course is providing Leah with a broad knowledge of the HR function and processes within a business. Leah is using what she is learning into practice in her day-to-day role.
Leah joined Holmes & Hills in 2023 and is based at the firm's A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
