Working in partnership with colleagues, new employees, and organisations in East Anglia.

Leah works with Holmes & Hills employees on general HR enquiries as well as managing the full process of onboarding new employees.

As an HR & Payroll Coordinator for Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Leah supports the wider Department on the day-to-day running, as well as assisting in team projects, leading wellbeing initiatives, administrating employee changes and co-ordinating the trainee programme. Leah also works closely alongside HR and Payroll Advisor Grace Murrell on the monthly payroll process.  

Leah prides herself on her friendly and approachable nature. She completed her HR apprenticeship and CIPD Level 3 qualification in October 2024, and achieved a distinction in both courses. The course helped to provide Leah with a broad knowledge of the HR function and processes within a business.

Leah joined Holmes & Hills in 2023 and is based at the firm's A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
