Leah Woodlee

Leah works with clients to plan for their and their loved-one's futures or deal with the death and estate of a family member.

As an Associate in Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Private Client Department, Leah is available to assist clients with:

• Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting and updating Wills
• Estate Administration
• Planning for care including NHS continuing care claims

Leah takes a calm and empathetic approach towards her clients, providing clear and timely advice to help clients make informed decisions, and therefore so that they can reach their desired outcomes in a timely manner.

Leah has over a decade of experience working at another regional law firm, predominantly in private client matters. She is also on the St Helena Hospice Compassionate Communities panel, emphasising her dedication to supporting the local community.

Leah joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2025 and is based at the firm's regional Head Office – the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester.
