Lucy works alongside members of the Holmes & Hills Planning Law Department supporting them with targeted planning-related technical support, which allows the team to provide a more thorough, efficient, and cost-effective service to their clients.
As an Administrative / Technical Assistant, Lucy supports the Legal 500 recommended department of Planning Law solicitors to provide legal advice on a broad range of planning and development matters to developers, planning consultants, property and landowners, and Councils across East Anglia.

Lucy was previously based at the firm’s Braintree office in the Planning Law Department where she worked for four years before leaving to gain further experience in another Essex-based law firm. Lucy returned to Holmes & Hills in 2021.
Lucy is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
