Melissa works within the Holmes & Hills' Dispute Resolution Department and assists specialist contentious probate solicitor Rachel Shaw.
As a trainee solicitor, Melissa assists with various civil claims in regard to Contentious Probate and Trust matters including challenges to the validity of a Will, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 as well as other probate matters.
Melissa joined Holmes & Hills in 2022 after completing her degree at the University of East Anglia as well as completing her LPC alongside working as a paralegal.
Melissa is based in the Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Sudbury office.
