Phil is responsible for devising and delivering the firm's marketing strategy.
Phil is a Partner at Holmes & Hills and manages the firm's business development activities and Marketing Team. Phil works alongside partners and department leaders of Holmes & Hills along with external organisations to market the firms services and legal experts.
During his time at Holmes & Hills, Phil has introduced a new specialist brand for the firm's national Clinical Negligence department; worked with the Planning & Development Team to reposition themselves and their service offering in the marketplace - now recognised as being one of the leading teams of Planning Law solicitors in the country; overseen the marketing involved in launching three new offices across Essex and Suffolk; as well as reviewed and implemented new pricing structures in several areas and assisted in re-designing services, amongst other activities.
Phil is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors in Braintree. Phil joined Holmes & Hills in 2010 in a newly created role after graduating from university with a degree in Business Management. During his time with the firm Phil has studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, acquiring the Professional Diploma in Marketing. Phil was promoted to Associate in 2016 and then to Partner in 2017.
