Rebecca works with Holmes & Hills' High Net Worth clients on their residential conveyancing transactions. Rebecca has a wealth of experience dealing with matters for such individuals, including property transactions that are high-value and complex. Due to the nature of these transactions, Rebecca is practised in identifying and resolving technical legal land and property conveyancing issues that can arise.

As a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Team at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Rebecca specialises in dealing with these more intricate and/or higher-value property transactions that the Holmes & Hills Residential Property Department deals with.

Rebecca often works on property transactions that have unusual and complex elements.  When these complexities arise, Rebecca will, when necessary, work closely with her peers across Holmes & Hills Solicitors, seeking the expertise of her commercial property, corporate and commercial, and Planning Law peers to ensure these involved transactions reach a successful outcome.

Moreover, due to the nature of the complex residential property transactions Rebecca undertakes, her ethos is to ensure that her clients feel valued and important throughout their property transaction. Rebecca believes that communication is of paramount importance, as she understands how stressful the conveyancing process can be and strives to ensure her clients are always kept up to date.

Rebecca provides clients with a personal, bespoke service and prides herself on adopting a proactive approach to her work. She builds and maintains a strong working relationship with her clients, which is evidenced by the number of repeat clients she deals with. Her experience and personal approach ensure her clients instruct her on every conveyancing matter, time after time, and recommend her to friends, family, and peers.

Rebecca has worked in the locality in residential conveyancing for over 20 years. Before joining Holmes & Hills, Rebecca was the head of the Residential Property Department at another regional law firm. Rebecca joined Holmes & Hills in 2023 and is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Colchester office in Marks Tey.
