As a partner, Head of Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Corporate and Commercial Department and the firm's lead solicitor regarding development and land matters, Rebecca advises and represents the firm's developer and land-owning clients in their negotiations for sales, acquisitions and in the formation of complex development agreements.

Rebecca works in partnership with and advises Holmes & Hills Solicitors' developer and land-owning clients, as well as working closely with professional contacts across the region, including land agents, land consultants and land promoters.

Rebecca provides her clients with pragmatic legal advice on their matters, this often surrounding the negotiation and drafting of complex development agreements including option, promotion, pre-emption, joint-venture and consortium agreements.

Rebecca's specialist expertise and experience advising and representing clients across East Anglia, regularly on the other side to national house builders and their magic circle legal counsel, means she is well placed to provide the necessary legal advice, but also pragmatic guidance, developers and land owners require when negotiating and dealing with such parties themselves.
