Rebecca has been with Holmes & Hills for over 11 years and deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law including company/partnership formations, acquisitions, disposals of businesses/companies, shareholders agreements, corporate finance, terms & conditions, commercial agreements, drafting deeds, intellectual property and commercial property, to highlight just a few.

Rebecca’s clients can be assured that all their legal support is matched to their specific needs and circumstances by a commercial law specialist who has knowledge of their business and extensive support from Holmes & Hills’ company and commercial team. Rebecca is supported by a number of colleagues who also specialise in areas of commercial law such as commercial property, Employment Law and commercial disputes
