Rebecca has been with Holmes & Hills for over 11 years and deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law including company/partnership formations, acquisitions, disposals of businesses/companies, shareholders agreements, corporate finance, terms & conditions, commercial agreements, drafting deeds, intellectual property and commercial property, to highlight just a few.
