Sally Angus

Sally is a trainee solicitor in the Holmes & Hills Planning Law Department. The Department is highly ranked  by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500, and is also acknowledged by Planning Magazine as one of the largest and fastest growing Planning Departments in the country.

Sally assists the senior planning solicitors on a variety of planning law matters, including:

• Working on s106 planning obligations and other infrastructure agreements;
• Providing support with planning objections and general planning advice;
• Certificates of Lawfulness;
• Planning appeals & enforcement matters; and
• Assisting on judicial reviews and statutory challenges.

Sally prides herself on her personable and proactive approach to her clients, ensuring that she provides pragmatic solutions to her clients throughout all proceedings.

Sally joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2025, and is based at the firm’s A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
