Sophie is part of Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Client Enquiries Division, supporting new and existing clients with a range of initial enquiries. Sophie provides accurate and informative quotations for residential property sales and purchases, as well as assisting with enquiries relating to Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.
Sophie is often one of the first points of contact for potential clients, she aims to offer a consistently high standard of client care from this very first interaction, helping clients feel listened to, informed and supported whether they are requesting a quotation, booking an appointment or instructing Holmes & Hills.
Patient, personable and hardworking, Sophie takes pride in providing clear, timely and empathetic support. She recognises the importance of first impressions and is committed to delivering a professional and reassuring experience for clients, particularly those making initial enquiries about sensitive Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury matters.
Before joining Holmes & Hills, Sophie gained extensive experience in customer-facing roles. This background has strengthened Sophie’s client service skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly, calmly and effectively with people from the outset.
