Tina works with potential candidates and existing colleagues of Holmes & Hills Solicitors; her focus is to advance the firm’s recruitment and growth plans. In addition to optimising the recruitment strategy, interview process and onboarding procedures at Holmes & Hills, Tina is also responsible for driving forward the firm’s employer branding.
As an Internal Recruiter for Holmes & Hills, Tina’s goal is to ensure that the best new talent is sourced and onboarded at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, as well as ensuring the firm’s candidate and new joiner experience is the best it can be. Tina’s remit is to build strong external and internal relationships to efficiently fulfil the recruitment and talent acquisition requirements of the firm during its growth.
Tina has 20 years of recruitment experience working in both recruitment agencies and in-house alongside HR. She is passionate about making the correct recruitment decisions and creating an enjoyable onboarding experience for everyone. Tina is very personable and is always happy to listen and solve problems; whether speaking to our colleagues or external candidates, Tina prides herself on her honest and helpful support.
Tina is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Marks Tey, Colchester.
