Darci is a trainee solicitor, currently being mentored by Callie Tuplin in Holmes & Hills’ specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement Division, and Samantha Savill in Holmes & Hills’ Residential Property Department.
Darci assists specialist leasehold solicitor Callie Tuplin when advising both companies and individuals on matters such as lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisements and collective enfranchisement.
As well as this Darci supports senior conveyancing executive Samantha Savill to assist clients with the sale and purchase of freehold property. Darci prides herself on her patient and empathetic approach to her clients. She understands that moving property can be very stressful, so aims to provide personable and pragmatic advice.
Prior to joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Darci has previous experience working as a financial crime paralegal at a global law firm. Darci joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2025 and is based at the Coggeshall office.

Tracy maintains a friendly yet professional relationship with her clients, ensuring that her clients are always kept fully informed throughout the duration of their property transactions.
Tracy has worked at Holmes & Hills Solicitors for over 35 years, and has been a Legal Assistant supporting Samantha Savill for over 10 years. She is based at the firm’s Coggeshall office.
Jessica works with clients to plan for their and their loved-one's futures or deal with the death and estate of a family member.

Jessica takes a friendly and professional approach when dealing with her clients. She understands that beginning these proceedings can often be daunting, but can guide clients through the process by translating complicated legal jargon into easier to understand terms.
Jessica graduated from the University of Portsmouth with first class honours in 2016 and completed her Masters in Professional Legal Practice in 2017. She is also a member of STEP- a global professional body comprising a range of practitioners that help families plan for their futures.
Jessica joined Holmes & Hills in 2024 and will be working in both the Tiptree office and the Coggeshall office.
Samantha works with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers in order to provide a seamless conveyancing experience.
As a member of Holmes & Hills' Residential Property Department, Samantha offers a full range of residential conveyancing services including sales and purchases (leasehold and freehold), transfers of equity, and remortgages.
Samantha's customers have commented on her friendly, calm, and approachable attitude. She is fully aware that moving property can be a very stressful time for some and therefore offers clients advice, support, and guidance at every stage of the transaction and keeps them fully informed throughout.
Samantha joined Holmes & Hills' in 2013, and has over 20 years of conveyancing experience. Samantha is based at Holmes & Hills solicitors in Coggeshall.
