Tracy works closely with Senior Conveyancing Executive Samantha Savill, and assists with various aspects related to residential conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to:

• Sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold properties
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

Tracy maintains a friendly yet professional relationship with her clients, ensuring that her clients are always kept fully informed throughout the duration of their property transactions.

Tracy has worked at Holmes & Hills Solicitors for over 35 years, and has been a Legal Assistant supporting Samantha Savill for over 10 years. She is based at the firm’s Coggeshall office.

Shirin is a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Private Client Department, currently being mentored by Associate Emma Faulkner.

Shirin advises clients on matters such as making or updating a Will, establishing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and supporting clients with any additional issues that may arise as a result of a bereavement.

Shirin takes a friendly and empathetic approach to ensure she provides logical and pragmatic advice to her clients.

Shirin joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors towards the end of 2022 as a business support administrator and has since progressed to start her training contract. She is based at both the firm’s Tiptree, Coggeshall and Witham offices.

Samantha works with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers in order to provide a seamless conveyancing experience.

As a member of Holmes & Hills' Residential Property Department, Samantha offers a full range of residential conveyancing services including sales and purchases (leasehold and freehold), transfers of equity, and remortgages.

Samantha's customers have commented on her friendly, calm, and approachable attitude. She is fully aware that moving property can be a very stressful time for some and therefore offers clients advice, support, and guidance at every stage of the transaction and keeps them fully informed throughout.

Samantha joined Holmes & Hills' in 2013, and has over 20 years of conveyancing experience. Samantha is based at Holmes & Hills solicitors in Coggeshall.
