Hannan Osman

Hannan works with business owners, directors, and shareholders in a broad range of small, medium, and large companies including startups as well as long, well-established businesses.

As a corporate and commercial solicitor working within Holmes & Hills' Corporate and Commercial Department, Hannan advises clients on commercial matters, such as:

Hannan has a wealth of experience when it comes to commercial transactions, having worked in in-house commercial law teams for almost 5 years prior to joining Holmes and Hills Solicitors. This enables her to provide innovative solutions to any issues that her clients may face.

Moreover, Hannan takes a friendly and approachable stance when assisting clients, taking the time to fully understand her client’s business. She listens and ensures she understands exactly what her clients want to achieve, identifying their aims and their priorities from the outset of their matter. Hannan explains legal concepts in ways that are easy to understand, and she is proactive in finding solutions for her clients. Hannan endeavours to keep her clients informed and in the loop throughout every step of the transaction, always keeping in active communication with the client. 

Prior to working at Holmes and Hills, Hannan completed her training contract at a local County Council, working predominately in their Commercial Department, and before that, she worked in a City Council’s Commercial Law Department. Hannan joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors when she qualified in August 2023. Hannan is based at the firm's A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
