With over 30 years of experience in conveyancing and more than 20 years focused on New-Build transactions for National Developers, Diana brings unparalleled expertise to her role and New-Build Department. 

Diana deals with a variety of matters including House Sales and Purchases, Re-mortgages and new-build purchases. She has extensive experience with schemes such as HomeBuy, Help to Buy, and more recently the new First Buy Scheme. As a member of the New-Build Department, Diana advises and represents clients purchasing new-build properties, from first-time buyers through to experienced investment. Her deep understanding of conveyancing legislation ensures clients receive a proactive conveyancing service and expert guidance.

Dedicated to client satisfaction, Diana takes a personable approach to her customers, by taking the time to explain every step of the conveyancing process to ensure they feel at ease throughout their transaction. Emma, as a Litigation Executive in Holmes & Hills Solicitors' Legal 500 recommended Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department, has responsibility over her own caseload as well as assisting senior members of the department with their caseloads.

Emma is aware that her clients and their families will often have been through very difficult and, sometimes, life-changing events and therefore, she endeavours to help make the legal process as stress-free as possible for her clients.

Emma has over 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation, which expresses how well-versed she is in all legislation. She has worked in both the Claimant and Defendant departments, giving a greater understanding of her opponent's position and limitations. Emma is hard-working and tenacious, meaning she can obtain the best outcome for all of her clients. She also remains completely transparent throughout all proceedings, and ensures her clients are aware of all possible outcomes and any risk associated.

At her previous firm, Emma assisted in running a team of 8 fee earners and support staff, and also mentored junior members of the team to help them get a better understanding of the litigation process. She has also previously produced and delivered litigation based training.

Adding particular value to his clients, Taiwo leverages his varied background, having worked in both the public and private sectors on infrastructure and construction projects during his legal career.
