Amy Miller is the conveyancing Post-Exchange Lead at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, and is responsible for the management of other Post-Exchange staff, in addition to her own day to day responsibilities.
Amy’s role as Post Exchange Lead consists of helping clients through the last stages of selling/buying residential property, from exchange of Contracts through to post-completion. Amy also deals with more complicated completions involving transfers of equity and remortgages.

She qualified as a solicitor in April 2023, and her academic credentials include a First Class Honours in Law from Greenwich University (2017) and a Master’s in Professional Legal Practice (2020).

With over 15 years of experience in financial services and a background in estate agency, Sarah has developed valuable industry knowledge and skills, which she has furthered since joining Holmes & Hills in 2017. Known for her friendly approachable nature, Sarah prioritise efficiency and proactive service, helping clients progress through their transactions smoothly.
She is currently studying to become a CILEX qualified paralegal, which will enhance her expertise and deepen her contributions to the team and her clients.

Shirin assists with matters related to new-build property transactions, including matters related to the purchase of new-build freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties.
Shirin takes a proactive approach when dealing with clients. She ensures that any issues that may delay a transaction are identified and dealt with in a timely manner, whilst maintaining frequent communication to keep the clients informed throughout the conveyancing process.
Shirin joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors towards the end of 2022 as a Business Support Administrator and has since progressed to the start of her training contract. She is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office, the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester.

Fiona also has previous experience working in family law, with a focus on legal aid and domestic abuse cases, as well as residential conveyancing and shared ownership transactions.
