With over 30 years of experience in conveyancing and more than 20 years focused on New-Build transactions for National Developers, Diana brings unparalleled expertise to her role and New-Build Department.
Diana deals with a variety of matters including House Sales and Purchases, Re-mortgages and new-build purchases. She has extensive experience with schemes such as HomeBuy, Help to Buy, and more recently the new First Buy Scheme. As a member of the New-Build Department, Diana advises and represents clients purchasing new-build properties, from first-time buyers through to experienced investment. Her deep understanding of conveyancing legislation ensures clients receive a proactive conveyancing service and expert guidance.

Emma has over 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation, which expresses how well-versed she is in all legislation. She has worked in both the Claimant and Defendant departments, giving a greater understanding of her opponent's position and limitations.
