Issy Bainbridge

Issy is a solicitor working within Holmes & Hills’ Property Litigation offering of the Dispute Resolution Department, working closely with David Sodimu and Dee Karatay. 

Issy assists clients with matters such as:

• Residential possession proceedings
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Recovery of rent arrears
• Service charge disputes 
• Boundary disputes 
• Easements and covenants

Issy prides herself on being approachable, accommodating, and understanding with all clients in order to retain outstanding professional relationships.

Issy joined Holmes & Hills in 2019, alongside studying for her LPC qualification, having previously achieved a 2:1 degree in Law LLB. In 2020, Issy attained a Distinction on her LPC LLM from BPP University, Cambridge. Issy completed training seats in the firm's Private Client, Dispute Resolution and Planning Departments. Issy qualified in September 2023 and is based at the firms' Witham office, but will also spend time at the A12 Commercial Hub in Colchester (Marks Tey).
