Jack is a key member of the Holmes & Hills Client Enquiries Division, working closely alongside Darren Mitchell, Stevie Davies and Lawrence Mason to support clients during their first interaction with the firm. He plays an integral role in assisting clients across several departments, ensuring they receive clear, timely, and professional guidance from the outset.
Jack is the lead contact for providing clients with quotations for residential conveyancing. He works with a broad range of individuals to deliver accurate and efficient conveyancing quotes tailored to their needs. His experience and proactive approach ensure clients receive a smooth and informative start to their property transaction.
In addition to his conveyancing work, Jack also handles enquiries for the firm’s Legal 500 recommended Clinical Negligence & Serious Injury Department. He takes great care when speaking with individuals in these often sensitive situations, offering empathy, reassurance, and clear initial guidance. Jack also supports clients looking to discuss Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate specialist within the firm.
With previous experience as an estate agent, Jack brings valuable insight into the property market and a strong understanding of client expectations. He prides himself on building rapport quickly and providing helpful, efficient support before clients are formally instructed by a solicitor.
