Darren is the lead of Holmes and Hills’ Client Enquiries Division, working closely with Client Enquiries Coordinators Stevie Davies, Jack Coleman and Lawrence Mason. As Client Enquiries Manager, Darren oversees the firm's inbound enquiry process, supporting both new and existing clients across the Residential Property and New Build Departments, as well as the firm’s Shared Ownership Division.
In addition to manging the Client Enquiries Division, Darren also manages the firm’s telephony team alongside telephonists Liz Holmes, Dawn Hollocks and Claire Payne, ensuring a smooth and responsive first point of contact for all clients.
Darren also handles enquiries relating to Enfranchisement, Clinical Negligence & Serious Injury, and Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney, providing initial guidance before directing clients to the appropriate specialist teams upon instruction.
Known for his soft, friendly and reassuring nature, Darren is committed to listening carefully to each client and delivering a seamless, support service from the first interaction. Darren's extensive experience working in an inbound emergency control centre has given him a deep understanding of enquiry handling and customer care, enabling him to create the best possible journey for every client of Holmes & Hills.
Darren joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2023 and is based at the firm’s Colchester (Marks Tey) office.
