Darren is the lead of the Holmes & Hills' Client Enquiries Division working alongside client enquiries coordinators, Liz Holmes, and Stevie Davies.
As the client enquiries and sales manager, Darren works with both new and existing clients of Holmes & Hills dealing with the firm’s inbound enquiries for the large Residential Property and New Build Departments and the firm's Shared Ownership Division therein.
Darren and the Client Enquiries Division are the first port of call into the firm for residential conveyancing; they provide initial guidance and expertise on an individual’s enquiry and supply the client with a conveyancing quote.
Darren prides himself on his soft and friendly nature, always striving to listen to the client and deliver the service they are expecting flawlessly.
Darren has many years of experience dealing with enquiries at an inbound emergency control centre, therefore he has vast experience with working on an enquiries process and can use his knowledge and understanding to provide the best customer journey for clients of Holmes & Hills.
Darren joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2023 and is based at the firm’s Colchester (Marks Tey) office.
