Jasmin works primarily with individuals and couples purchasing new build properties, supporting them through the timely and nuanced process of purchasing a new-built home.
As a solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ New Build Department, Jasmin works on new-build property transactions. As well as this, Jasmin provides support to Sarah-Louise Green, New Build Manager.
Jasmin is experienced in residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers.
Jasmin prides herself on prioritising client care and service to ensure her clients are confident and reassured throughout their transactions. Jasmin understands how daunting the experience can be, but she endeavours to remind them that it is an exciting chapter of their lives.
Prior to joining Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Jasmin spent time working in a residential conveyancing team at another local law firm. Jasmin joined Holmes & Hills in 2022, after finishing her LPC and Masters at the University of Law.
Jasmin is based at the firm's head office, the A12 Commercial Hub, Colchester (Marks Tey).
