Susana Silva Moreira

Susana is currently being mentored by senior members of Holmes & Hills' Legal 500 recommended Construction Department on a variety of contentious and non-contentious disputes.

As a trainee construction solicitor, Susana is involved in advising and representing clients alongside the firm's senior construction solicitors in matters relating to:

• Supporting in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of construction contracts
• Assisting with construction disputes such as adjudications, payment disputes, defects issues, and complex litigation.

Susana prides herself on her personable and proactive approach to her clients, ensuring that she provides pragmatic solutions to her clients throughout all proceedings.

Prior to beginning her training contract at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Susana has been with the firm since 2022. She was initially a business support administrator, and then she progressed to the role of paralegal in Holmes & Hills’ specialist Compulsory Purchase and Development Consent Division.

Susana is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
