With over 15 years of experience in financial services and a background in estate agency, Sarah has developed valuable industry knowledge and skills, which she has furthered since joining Holmes & Hills in 2017. Known for her friendly approachable nature, Sarah prioritise efficiency and proactive service, helping clients progress through their transactions smoothly.
She is currently studying to become a CILEX qualified paralegal, which will enhance her expertise and deepen her contributions to the team and her clients.

Shirin is a trainee solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Private Client Department, currently being mentored by Associate Jessica Newton and solicitor Emma Faulkner.

Dee prides herself on her friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude. Moreover, Dee is resourceful and works to ensure that her clients’ problems reach an agreeable outcome in a timely and efficient manner.
Dee qualified as a solicitor in March 2021 and has since been working in property litigation. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal in residential property, and therefore has a strong property background.
Dee joined Holmes & Hills as a property litigation solicitor in 2023 and works in the firms’ Witham office.
Rebecca works with Holmes & Hills' High Net Worth clients on their residential conveyancing transactions. Rebecca has a wealth of experience dealing with matters for such individuals, including property transactions that are high-value and complex. Due to the nature of these transactions, Rebecca is practised in identifying and resolving technical legal land and property conveyancing issues that can arise.
As a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Team at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Rebecca specialises in dealing with these more intricate and/or higher-value property transactions that the Holmes & Hills Residential Property Department deals with.

Before joining Holmes & Hills, Rebecca was the head of the Residential Property Department at another regional law firm.
