Due to the nature of these transactions, Rebecca is practised in identifying and resolving technical legal land and property conveyancing issues that can arise.

As a Partner and Head of the Private Wealth Team at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Rebecca specialises in dealing with these more intricate and/or higher-value property transactions that the Holmes & Hills Residential Property Department deals with.
