Thomas works hard for his clients and their representatives who have been the victim of medical negligence. Thomas often works closely on cases with partner Jason Brady, and his extensive knowledge is a testament to the hard work he has put in during his training period. He ensures he understands the facts of each case to enable him to represent his clients effectively.
As a solicitor in Holmes & Hills Solicitors’ Legal 500 recommended Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department, Thomas represents clients making claims for all types of medical negligence claims as well as assisting other members of the Department with their cases.
Thomas joined Holmes & Hills as a trainee solicitor in 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in December 2019. Prior to joining Holmes & Hills, Thomas worked as a paralegal for both a London-based firm, and a regional firm, after graduating with a law degree from the University of Liverpool in 2013.
Thomas is based at Holmes & Hills Solicitors' regional Head Office - the A12 Commercial Hub - in Colchester (Marks Tey).
