As a trainee solicitor in the Legal 500 recommended Commercial Property Department, Chloe assists the specialist commercial property solicitors when advising clients on matters such as:

• Agricultural land and property matters 
• Granting commercial leases 
• Sub-letting 
• Property finance 
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters 
• Reviewing and advising on leases, rights, and responsibilities 

Chloe prides herself on her approachable and personal approach. She is reliable and dedicated and ensures good communication between her and her clients. 

Prior to joining Holmes & Hills, Chloe achieved an undergraduate degree in LLB Law at the University of East Anglia, Masters in Law and LPC at BPP University Cambridge with a distinction. She joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors as a part of the 2023 trainee solicitor intake. Chloe is based at Holmes & Hills’ Colchester (Marks Tey) office.
