Stevie also plays a key role in the firm’s wider enquiries process. She is the lead for logging enquiries relating to Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury and also manages enquiries for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her thorough and organised approach ensures that clients are directed quickly and accurately to the specialist teams best placed to assist them.
Warm, friendly, polite, and patient, Stevie prides herself on delivering an efficient and professional service. She takes the time to understand each client’s situation and supports them through the initial stages of their property journey. Stevie explains how Holmes & Hills Solicitors will guide them through their transaction and, with her background as a conveyancing secretary, she is able to talk clients through the full conveyancing process something many first-time buyers find particularly reassuring.
Having worked across several industries, including insurance and estate agency, Stevie brings a wealth of experience and strong client-care skills to her role. She joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors in 2022 and is based at the firm’s Colchester (Marks Tey) office.
