Flexible Working Requests Training

Training session around managing flexible working requests.

Attendees will gain a sound understanding of the relevant legislation and the situations in which a request may and may not be reasonably refused.

A matter of growing importance, attendees will be able to confidently deal with requests for flexible working (a change to hours, times or location of work) in a fair and compliant manner.

In addition to upskilling managers and supervisors, this training session helps to protect the employer by seeking to prevent unfair treatment of, or responses to, flexible working requests which may give rise to costly discrimination claims.
